Health is related to Cleanliness.

Your Externals are the First Defense Mechanism
during an invasion of bacteria, viruses and harmful micro-organisms.

Just as it is important to keep your Internals Clean, you should make your Externals Clean.

Good Health is when you live wisely according to the Laws of Cleanliness.

In fact the word "hygiene" comes from the original word Hygeia, which means "healthful living".

When I was younger, I was intrigued by clichés such as "Health is Wealth" and "Cleanliness is next to Godliness".

We are not talking about an obsession for physical cleanliness.

This may lead to a depletion of the precious natural body oils which are produced by the body for self protection.

But we need to have a basic practice of General Well-Being that includes External-Cleansing.

One of the reason for the vicious spread of the Black Death disease in 1348, that wiped out more than one-third of Europe's population, was that the disease-causing-bacteria spread through unclean environment.

There was constant contact between the diseased rats and human beings!

As late as the nineteenth century, people's understanding of personal cleanliness began to change.

This was due to the repeated occurrences from diseases such as tuberculosis, cholera, typhoid and dysentery.

Even today, unclean food, water and habitats are still killing thousands of people, mainly children everyday. (25,000 children in the world die every day from diseases related to dirty water.)

The demand for Hygiene awareness grew. When people are Clean, the disease symptoms are reduced.

There is a need to emphasize healthful living in your diet, clothing, bathing, exercise, bowel movements, including external cleansing of the body.

Experiments done at Brigham Young University had revealed that when people live in cleanliness, there is an improvement for ethnic and social behavior also.

Why External Cleansing?

The modern world that we live in today, has brought much comfort to human civilization, but together with this, our world has become more polluted.

There is organic pollution that comes from organic waste matter, such as dead plants and animals.

Organic pollution is easily tackled because it is bio-degradable.

The organic waste matter can be broken down by bacteria action that occurs abundantly in nature.

As long as we do not allow organic waste matter into our digestive system and internal organs or cells, we are quite safe.

Even then, a daily bath together with adequate excretion of solid and liquid wastes from your body, will flush these matter out.

Inorganic pollution is pollution that is created by man.

It is non-biodegradable and harmful to man and his environment.

In your homes, you contribute to pollution when the chemicals from your detergents and washing liquid are dumped outside.

The chemicals not only kill the harmful bacteria, but also theuseful bacteria that is needed to breakdown the organic pollutants.

Bleaches from the bathrooms, synthetic chemicals from workplaces, unused drugs all contribute to destroy the ecology in the environment.

In your farms, man-made non-biodegradable fertilizers, pesticides and herbicides pollute your fruits, vegetables and food products.

When rain comes, the excess pollutants are drained into rivers and streams, which poisons our fishes and marine life.

Other animals feeding on these fishes are successively poisoned.

The washed-down pollutants seeped into the ground water table, and poisoned our water catchment's supply.

The water treatment plants are not installing expensive filters to removed these dissolved poisons, because of high cost.

In the rush for modernization, manufacturing plants discharge toxic chemicals into rivers and seas destroying their ecosystem.

Some of the industrial waste will remain for thousands of years, bringing trouble for generations to come.

One of the signs of Cancer is that the patient has many of his body systems poisoned!

How should you Response

Do you know what causes Cancer?

Do you know that many of these pollutions are causing your Cancer cells to grow and multiply?

How should you respond to these adverse developments?

Move away from modernization and urban life? Maybe.

But not everybody, even those with Cancer or undergoing Cancer treatment, can avoid all these pollutants.

Because of that, we need to Detoxify your Internal system and your External system.

You need to have Internal Cleansing (another topic) and External Cleansing.

External Cleansing

External Cleansing need not be expensive.

In fact, all natural cleansing agents are cheap as compared to commercial ones.

I will highlight some of these External Cleansing procedures which are vitally important for Cancer Treatment patients.

Some of them will include your Skin Cleansing, Hydrogen Peroxide Cleansing, Ozone Cleansing, Apple Cider Vinegar Cleansing, Tea Tree Oil Cleansing, Distilled Water Cleansing etc.

For non-Cancer patients, there are plenty of other alternatives, but I believe these are the Basic on External Cleansing for Cancer patients.

In most natural Cancer treatment centers, they also emphasize on Internal and External Cleansing.

Don't just do it in the Centers, but learn to inculcate a habit of good External Cleansing habits in your own home.
