We all know that Oxygen is the most vital element to support life for man, animals and plants. In the absence of Oxygen, all living things degenerate and die.
Hydrogen Peroxide (chemical name = H2O2) is an unstable solution
that is made up of 2 atoms of hydrogen and 2 atoms of oxygen. It can easily be
broken down into water (H2O2) and oxygen (O2)
2 H2O2 --> 2 H2O + O2
In Nature, hydrogen-peroxide is produced when water combines with ozone in the air. Due to its unstable (yet safe) nature, hydrogen-peroxide is a strong oxidizer and sterilizer. It kills bacteria, viruses and germs immediately on contact. In natural cancer treatment, the terms ozone cleansing, ozone therapy and hydrogen-peroxide is synonymous with each other. Click on these links above to go to articles on these protocols.
Hydrogen-peroxide in its 100% concentrated form is too strong for home use. Even at 35% purity, it is highly corrosive and fatal when ingested. The recommended food-grade concentration is 3% hydrogen-peroxide. Even at this concentration, when the hydrogen-peroxide comes in contact with any organic matter, the reaction with the solution can be seen with foams coming out. I have tried this 3% concentration for many external cleansing uses and it works marvelously. Don't worry about the foam, because the by-product of it is only water and oxygen.
In this article, whenever hydrogen-peroxide is mentioned, it means the 3% concentration. The good news is this solution is available cheaply in most drug stores including supermarkets. It should be written on the label of the container that it is 3%. In some pharmaceutical stores they sell the 5% or 11% concentration, but those are not suitable for home uses.

Hydrogen-peroxide can be applied directly to our external skin for external cleansing as well as for sterilizing objects.
Some of the common uses of hydrogen-peroxide are below:
Home Uses for Hydrogen Peroxide
1. Cleaning Vegetables and Salad Greens.
Add 1/4 cup 3% hydrogen peroxide to a sink full of cold water. Wash vegetables thoroughly, rinse with cold water and drain. This process prolongs freshness. If you want to kill the parasites in greens, use the 3% hydrogen-peroxide without diluting. It removes chemicals coming from pesticides and insecticides on the greens.
2. Freshening Kitchen and Washroom / Toilet.
Keep a spray bottle of 3% solution of hydrogen-peroxide in the kitchen and washroom. Use it to wipe off counter tops, sinks and appliances. It disinfects and gives the kitchen and washroom a clean, fresh smell. It Work great by spraying inside the refrigerator and lunch boxes. An ideal spray as a toilet cleaner and disinfectant. Never use chlorine bleach (sodium hypochlorite) as the fumes are toxic and it is not environmental friendly.
3. Foot Cleansing.
Soak your foot in a basin with 3% hydrogen-peroxide. It will kill all the bacteria, germs and dirty smells.
4. Sprouting Seeds.
Add 1 ounce (30 ml) of 3% hydrogen-peroxide to one pint (500 ml) of water and soak the seedlings overnight. Use this amount of hydrogen-peroxide if you want to rinse the seedlings before planting.
5. Remove Dressings from Wounds.
Pour the 3% hydrogen-peroxide and soak the dressings thoroughly with the solution. Leave it for a few minutes before removal.
Keep a spray bottle of 3% hydrogen-peroxide in the shower. Spray your body after washing to replace the acid mantle on your skin that soap removes and to oxygenate your blood.
Use 3% grade as an astringent (tighten the skin) on your face, neck and full body after bathing. Helps get rid of acne FAST.
8. Humidifiers and Steamers
Use 1 pint of 3% hydrogen-peroxide to a gallon of water. This helps to keep them clean too.
9. To sterilize an enema set.
Pour one capful of 3% hydrogen-peroxide into the enema bag or bucket, rinse and allow the solution to flow through the tube and out of the anal tube.
10. In the dishwasher or dishwater.
Add 2 ounces of 3% hydrogen-peroxide to the regular washing formula. Your glasses will sparkle. (Similarly you can add the same amount to your washing machine to kill the bacteria on your clothes).
Use 3% hydrogen-peroxide directly. Swish it around in your mouth for 1 - 2 minutes every day. This mouth freshener lasts longer than any other brands of mouthwash and kills pathogenic bacteria, which the others do not. Good for your gums and keeps your teeth white too. Note: If you have silver amalgam dental fillings, do not use the solution as a mouthwash as the hydrogen-peroxide may react chemically with the mercury in the fillings.
Dilute 3% hydrogen-peroxide with equal parts of distilled water. Pour a capful of the solution in each of your ears after swimming to prevent ear infection. To remove earwax, use a few drops of the solution and leave it inside for a few minutes.
If you have a cold or a blocked sinus, use a 50/50 mixture of 3% hydrogen-peroxide and distilled water, and spray it into your nostrils. Tilt your head back to allow the solution to circulate inside your nasal cavity. It will bubble and kill the bacteria. Hold it for a few minutes and then blow your nose.
14. Minor cuts, wounds and abrasions.
Apply 3% hydrogen-peroxide onto affected area. It sterilizes the wound. The fizzling bubbles are normal.
15. Leftover tossed salad.
Spray with a solution of 1 tablespoon hydrogen-peroxide and 1/2 cup of water. Drain it dry, cover and refrigerate. Eliminates use of chemical preservatives.
Soak your toothbrush in 3% hydrogen-peroxide between brushings. The toothbrush is one of your dirtiest objects full of germs. It is often the cause of yeast infection.
17. Athlete's foot.
Soak your feet nightly in 3% hydrogen peroxide until condition is improved. The solution kills fungus and yeast infection.
18. House and Garden Plants.
Put 1 ounce of 3% hydrogen peroxide in 1 quart of water. Water or mist plants with this solution.
For small animals (dogs, cats and chickens) use 1 ounce (30 ml) 3% hydrogen peroxide to 1 quart (1 liter) water for their drinking water and bath.
Use a spray bottle of one part of 3% hydrogen peroxide and equal part of water. Spray on areas affected by mold. For tough molds, use a 3% solution direct. Be careful if you are spraying on painted surfaces as the paint may be bleached.
21. Bleaching your white clothes.
Use a cup of 3% hydrogen peroxide to your whites wash instead of commercial bleaches. To remove tough bloodstains from clothing apply 3% H2O2 directly, rinse promptly with cold water.
22. Remove yellowing from curtains and tablecloths.
Fill a sink with cold water and add 2 cups of 3% hydrogen peroxide. Soak for at least 1 hour, rinse in cold water and air dry.
23. Fish and Meat. (* Only for consumption by non-cancer people)
Use 3% hydrogen peroxide for washing chicken, fish or other poultry and beef or pork. This kills parasites, bacteria and removes bad odor. Pour the solution on your chopping board to kill salmonella, E Coli bacteria and other germs.
24. Marinade. (* Only for consumption by non-cancer people)
Place meat, fish or poultry in a casserole (avoid using aluminum pans). Cover with a diluted solution of 3% hydrogen peroxide. Place in a loosely covered container in refrigerator for 1/2 hour. Rinse and cook.
(Note: * If you are recovering from cancer, you have to stay off all kinds of meat until there is no more cancer. You may eat limited amounts of fish, but at least 1 year after you have started your Natural Therapy or Treatment of Cancer.)

Tips on Storage: Always keep the bottle out of direct sunlight and in a cool place. The exposure to the sun and heat will cause the hydrogen-peroxide to break down into water and oxygen very fast making it less effective. Store it in a dark glass bottle or opaque container and keep it out of reach of children.
Do you Know?
Do you know that your body produces small amounts of hydrogen-peroxide.
Your white blood cells produce H2O2.These cells are responsible for fighting infection and foreign pathogens such as bacteria, viruses and parasites in your body. The cells produce hydrogen-peroxide to oxidize the invaders that causes infection. When you put hydrogen-peroxide on an open wound or a wooden chopping block that contains bacteria, bubbles begin to foam. This is the oxygen being released and the bacteria being destroyed.
Your cells produce those small amounts of hydrogen-peroxide as a basic requirement to maintain good health.
How many types of hydrogen peroxide are available in
Commercially you can find many different grades of hydrogen-peroxide. The different grades indicate different strengths and they are produced for different usages. Never mix the different concentration of the solution and use them at random. It can be dangerous.
The different grades are:
3.5% Pharmaceutical Grade. This is the grade available in the drug store or supermarket. It is not recommended for internal use. Some may contain chemical stabilizers such as acetanilide, phenol, sodium stanate and tertrasodium phosphate.
6% Beautician Grade. This is used in beauty salons to add color to hair.
30% Reagent Grade. This is used for scientific and medical experimentation. It also contains stabilizers.
30% - 32% Electronic Grade. This is used to clean electronic parts.
35% Technical Grade. This is a slightly more concentrated grade than the Reagent Grade. Phosphorus is added to this grade to help neutralize any chlorine from the water used in the dilution.
35% Food Grade. This is used in the production of foods such as cheese, eggs, and whey products. It is sprayed on the foil linings to sterilize packages containing fruit juices and milk products.
90% Grade. This is used as an oxygen source for rocket fuel.
