Ozone Therapy and Cancer

How is it administered?

What is Ozone? Ozone is a gas that exists in Nature when the UV rays from the sun hits the upper atmosphere of the Earth.

In Ozone-therapy, the way of administering Ozone is different.

To obtain the best benefit, the Ozone therapy practitioner takes out blood out from your vein, and then uses an ozone machine to introduce ozone into the blood.

This blood is then reintroduced into your body through a drip.

The principle behind this therapy is that cancer cells cannot live in an oxygen-rich environment and the ozone therapy will help to oxygenate the cells in the body.

Background for Ozone therapy

Normal human cells thrive in oxygen. In fact, your red blood cells carry mainly oxygen to all the organs, tissues and cells all over the body.

However, cancer cells (including viruses, bacteria, fungi and disease carrying parasites) do not like oxygen.

They are anaerobic micro-organisms i.e. they live in the absence of oxygen.

So the aim of ozone therapy is to introduce a harmless form of oxygen and ozone, and saturate all the body cells with it.

This is an indirect form of eradicating cancer cells by "burning" them up in an oxygenated blood environment.

Normal cells, on the other hand, will be energized by the oxygenating effect of this therapy.

Why can't we just breathe in enough oxygen from out atmosphere instead of having ozone therapy?

This is due to the environmental pollution that has been taking place in intoxicating both our air and water supply.

Today, some water supply departments around the world have found the benefits of using ozone for purification of water instead of using toxic, inorganic chemical compounds of chlorine and fluoride.

Ozone burns up the waste products, pollutants, microbes, bacteria and viruses in the water supply and leaves no side effects.

The air that we breathe used to be full of oxygen and unpolluted by all the poisoning by-products of "human progress and development".

It was never the intention of God and Nature for human beings to defile the human body by breathing these toxins that destroys mankind.

There was a balance of production of oxygen and a removal of carbon dioxide, in the make-up of our rainforests and oceans.

Due to the greed and pride of man, we have destroyed much of the ecological system that was in place to support human kind.

Time magazine came up with a report on the 10 most polluted cities in the world, and every pollution, from lead in the soil to toxins in the water and radioactive fallout in the air, was the doing of man. The sad part is some of these cities do NOT have any solution in sight, and the number of people "killed" by these dangers numbered in the millions!

So Ozone therapy reintroduces oxygen back into the body systems and at the same time eradicates the cancer cells and other toxic residues remaining in your body.

Methods of applying Ozone Therapy to cancer patients

There are several methods of applying ozone therapy according the Ed McCabe (Mr. Oxygen)

They are:

Extracorporeal recirculatory autohemo perfusion. Blood out of one arm, ozonated, sterilized and filtered outside the body, and pumped continuously back into the other arm.

IV slow injections of the O3 gas - no air, just pure medical grade oxygen turned into medical grade ozone - into patients. 27 mcg/ml3 concentration. No Air bubbles because No nitrogen: no nitrogen (air) embolisms.

Autohemotherapy - withdrawing 600 ml of blood and re-infusing it into the body after putting ozone into it.

Ozone bagging - every body part except the head in a bag full of O3 for up to two hours.

Ozone rectal insufflation - average 1 1/2 liters of 27mcg/ml O3 gas into colon.

Ozone vaginal insufflation - average 5 minutes of insufflating body cavity.

Ozone ear insufflation - average 5 minutes of letting O3 fall into ear cavities.

Ozone air purification - low levels of ozone sterilize and rejuvenate the room air. O3 in LOW doses cleans the lungs and blood.

Ozone charged drinking water - Bubble O3 into water which must be imbibed immediately while the O3 is still in the glass.

A common false impression about ozone gas is that it is dangerous gas to breathe.

This misunderstanding is because they mixed up the "medical grade ozone" gas which is safe for breathing with "ozone mixed with nitrogen" which is dangerous to breathe.

The ozone therapy and other ozonizers produce pure medical grade ozone.

Another misunderstanding is that when ozone gas is IV into the blood stream, it may lead to embolism, which is the blockage of the passage of blood by air.

This is also not true because the oxygen is dissolved into the blood stream and does not stay as an air pocket. The cause of embolism is usually the presence of nitrogen gas that when injected into the blood stream causes bubbles.

Weigh the pros and cons

From what I have studied, the pros are greater than the cons.

According to the proponents of this therapy, there are over 3,000 medical references published in Germany alone showing the effectiveness and safety of ozone in over 50 years of application to humans. The German Medical Society published that 384,775 patients were treated with ozone with a minimum of 5,579,238 applications and the side effects were almost nil. This was also quoted in "The Empirical Medical Acts" by the University of Innsbruck's Forensic Institute.

According to Frank Shallenberger M.D., ozone therapy or bio-oxidative therapy will affect your body in the following way:

1. They stimulate the production of white blood cells, which are necessary to fight infection.

2. Ozone and hydrogen peroxide are anti-virucidal (destructive to viruses).

3. They increase oxygen and hemoglobin disassociation, thus increasing the delivery of oxygen from the blood to the cells. 

4. Ozone and hydrogen peroxide are anti-neoplastic, which means that they inhibit the growth of new tissues like tumors. 

5. They oxidize and degrade petrochemicals.

6. They increase red blood cell membrane distensibility (increase in size internally), thus enhancing their flexibility and effectiveness. 

7. Bio-oxidative therapies increase the production of interferon and Tumor Necrosis Factor, which the body uses to fight infections and cancers.

8. They increase the efficiency of the anti-oxidant enzyme system, which scavenges excess free radicals in the body.

9. They accelerate the Citric Acid Cycle, which is the main cycle for the liberation of energy from sugars. This then stimulates basic metabolism. It also breaks down proteins, carbohydrates and fats to be used as energy.

10. Bio-oxidative therapies increase tissue oxygenation, thus bringing about patient improvement.

My tip: Since ozone therapy requires special equipment and deals with handling of blood through IV, it is best to refer this to an ozone health practitioner. There are specific hygienic considerations such as sterilization of equipment and proper cleanliness protocol to consider. This is not a home remedy method for cancer treatment.
